Jennifer Johnson
Biography
Johnson is an oil painter who is inspired by the landscapes of Northern Ontario, particularly the Georgian Bay Area. Some of her work is created en plein air, while other pieces are composed from multiple photographs taken on site. Johnson is also currently exploring figure painting and multimedia. This artist’s work has appeared at previous Collingwood Art Crawls, the Nottawa General Store, Double Door Studios and Gallery, Coldwater Studio Tour, L.E. Shore Memorial Library, Creemore Festival of the Arts, and various local businesses in Collingwood.
