Mary Mac DONALD
Biography
Mary’s passion for art started in 2013. She took many classes in painting and drawing. She went to Avenue Arts School for 2 years learning different painting techniques and art history.
In 2018 she moved to Collingwood. She continued her passion of art by mentoring with local master artists.
Mary’s work captures the spirit of the Georgian Bay area. She finds painting a process of discovery -finding the glow of a shadow or the brilliance of a reflection.
Mary is very involved in the community, member of Hundred Women Who Care, YMCA, BMFA, Golf course, My Friends House etc.
