From Canvas to Collection
A new Collingwood Art Crawl “Unmissable” taking place at the Simcoe Street Theatre, “From Canvas To Collection” is a presentation that focuses on the ins and outs of collecting visual art. Brought to you in collaboration with RBC Wealth Management Dominion Securities, our experienced panel of art professionals will discuss tips and trends when it comes to collecting visual art – for those just starting out to those who have been collecting for years. Panelists will also examine overall art collecting and the preservation, maintenance, and inclusion of personal collections in one’s estate plan.
This is a FREE, forty-minute talk with a short Q&A to follow. We welcome all who are interested in attending however, seating is limited.
Doors open at 2:30pm with the talk starting at 3:00pm on Saturday, September 21st, one hour prior to the 4:00 p.m. kick-off of Art Crawl.
