Tina Balmer is a Canadian artist based in Collingwood, Ontario, creating under RemLab Studios Fine Art Gallery. A former cake decorator, Tina began painting in December 2023 as a powerful act of self-healing from C-PTSD. Her work—primarily acrylic on canvas—is emotionally rich, intuitively guided, and deeply expressive.
