I am an artist from Ancaster, Ontario who aims to tell stories through my art. Growing up in a middle class, diverse community I have many vivid memories of the colourful and quirky women in my neighbourhood and how my girlfriends and I learned about their feminine world by watching them. As adolescence and young adulthood emerged I was deeply influenced by the pop culture of the 1960’s and 70’s. The headiness of the music, fashion and teen relationships make for features of my work. My hope is that it will resonate with those who share or just love that timeframe.
