New this year, the Collingwood Art Crawl proudly introduces our Busker Showcase at 84 Hurontario Street between 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. This pre-Crawl presentation is in recognition of the fantastic local musicians who animate our streets as part of the Town of Collingwood’s Ambassador Busking Program.

Dazzling aerial work animates 84 Hurontario! The Circus Company joins Collingwood Art Crawl again this year with aerialists captivating audiences with breathtaking performances. Enjoy this dynamic exhibition on aerial silks, aerial hammock and lyra (aerial hoops).

Fleet-Wood Dancentre (4:30 p.m.)

Fleet-Wood Dancentre will share energetic performances showcasing the talent, dedication and creativity of its dancers. Established in 1994, Fleet-Wood Dancentre is an award-winning studio that offers dance classes in ballet, pointe and jazz as well as expanded programming in modern, contemporary, musical theatre, acro, hip-hop and tap dancing. Fleet-wood has taught thousands of students over the years through their recreational program, pre-professional program and competition program.

Cassandra Fox is a professional dance artist known locally and internationally for her engaging and dynamic performances. Inspired by her Jamaican heritage and her study of Rags Sharqi, Cassandra has developed her own unique style by blending elements of Caribbean music and movement with belly dance. Showcasing her amazing talent locally since 2012, Cassandra has had the privilege of performing at dance intensives and events throughout the world.  Delighted to be a part of this year’s Art Crawl, Cassandra is looking forward to sharing some dancing with everyone!

Energizing creative Simcoe Street, Latin Soul Dance Simcoe’s Clarissa Moreira and company are primed to engage viewers with their collective dancing talents.

Clarissa has been dancing her whole life, inspired by her Brazilian roots and immersed in Samba, Forró, and other Brazilian rhythms. With a drive and a passion for creating welcoming, family-friendly Latin dance experiences, Latin Soul Dance Simcoe is dedicated to bringing the excitement of Latin Culture to the Simcoe community through classes for adults, children, and babies.

Come for the performance and stay for the street dance, as Clarissa invites all Art Crawlers to put on their boogie shoes and join in the fun!
