Melissa Dawne celebrates her Canadian roots as a songwriter of traditional & modern styles. Her captivating Celtic croon highlights her stories giving breath in the songs she’s written; expressing many of life’s multitudes of love, loss, tribulation & joy in each musical note. In past, she had the opportunity to open up for Sloan at Barrie’s Downtown New Year’s Eve. And today, this hard working mom holds tight to her love of music while songwriting, performing or volunteering in various communities.
