Musician Profile
Heather Hill
Biography
With her rich mezzo voice, poetic lyrics, etheric folk-pop style and classical piano chops, Heather Hill is a singer/songwriter captured by matters of the heart, the human experience, and the mystical beauty of nature and the cosmos. She creates an earthy, percussive, elemental, and transcendent sound delivered in songs that nourish the soul. Often compared to artists like Kate Bush, Aimee Mann, Tori Amos, and Ingrid Michaelson, she combines her love of the 70s musical aesthetic with a modern ambient orchestral, percussive, and piano pop approach. She has four commercial albums.
