| Homeschooled and raised together as classmates and best friends, The Ruthven Sisters unite their kindred spirits, weaving voices and messages together in close-knit harmony to share a genuine musical experience. While each has discovered herself as a musician in her own right, they bring their distinct individual styles together at the kitchen table, reimagining oldies tunes and workshopping new lyrics with whimsical folk flavour. Recognized as “a new musical sensation” in their area, they have played at various venues, including Summerfolk50, and are currently recording their first album. | |
