Biography
Melissa Dawne, Canadian recording artist embraces her roots as an indie folk songwriter in her emotionally intriguing songs. She’s had the opportunity to open for Sloan in Barrie on New Years Eve (107.5FM radio contest). She’s performed on television shows such as Cogeco Cable “Planet Skwirl” and Rogers Cable “Daytime”. She’s also enjoyed playing in & around her community at the GNE’s “Songwriters Stage”, local pubs, fundraising events and has been an active musician at local churches.
