Venue Registration Form

Thank you for registering as an official venue for the 2021 Collingwood Art Crawl.
Please review the following prior to registering.

Interested businesses and storefronts must be located within the Downtown BIA District to facilitate self-guided walking at the event.

Official venue responsibilities

• Register at the link below before Monday, August 23rd, 5:00pm
• Communicate with your assigned artist(s) to determine appropriate space in your venue for their artwork/instruments. (Contact info to be provided by the event organizer)
• Ensure there is power available.
• Promote the event to your customers and networks
• September 17- remove on-site signage from the sidewalk to inside your venue for the night and replace it Saturday when you open.
• Ensure you are complying with all health protocols.

Event responsibilities

• Pair artists indoors with official venues (provide artist’s contact info)
• Create profiles for official venues on website (profile includes paired artist(s), address, hours, website and 1 social link)
• Map of art crawl venues
• On-site signage starting at noon on Friday, September 17
• Social media buzz leading up to the event on Facebook/collingwoodartcrawl, /experiencecollingwood, Instagram @collingwood.artcrawl
• Position staff at key pedestrian traffic points and times to assist with volume and flow
• Centralized information centre for venues, artists and visitors
• Hand sanitizing stations
• Temporary load-in parking for musicians and artists outside businesses where possible
