Elise Muller has been a stone sculptor since 2001, carving a variety of rocks ranging from small to large Public Art pieces. She lives and works at Stone Tree Studio in Muskoka with her husband, furniture maker Cirvan Hamilton, and their daughters, pets, bees and chickens. Lately Elise has been carving Gargoyles for the garden as well as a series of Abstracts. Her granite sculpture “Attunement” won first in the Canadian Sculpture Competition at Kingsbrae Garden in St. Andrews, NB in 2018.
