Amber Harloff
Biography
Inspired by textures and colour, I create art that explores the interplay of materials like etched metal with resin or limestone, striking contrast between the organic and the industrial, the ancient and the contemporary.
I want people to experience the subtle nuances and bold contrasts in my collections, like the patinated copper’s rich hues against limestone’s rugged surface, or resin’s gleaming depth and its shifting colour. These contrasts become a canvas for examining stories of creation and transformation.
Currently working from a studio in Nottawa Ontario.
